the kolab resource immediately crashes on windows

Description

For some customers the kolab resource immediately crashed on start.
Turns out we still somhow depend on the msvc2010 x86 redistributable, which is not included in the installer.
Only the kolab resource depends on it, not the imap resource or any other resource, not sure why.

The redist has now been added to the installer as well.
