Attachments list collision in Save as Event dialog

Description

When the "Save as Event" dialog is opened in mail message view (full page, not preview window) the attachments list in the message collides with the list in Attachments tab. I.e. attachments uploaded to the event are appended to the list of mail attachments, not to the list above the upload form.

Note there's also Save as Task dialog which if contained Attachments tab would also collide. The best solution should fix both and allow extending the Save as Task dialog with Attachment tab later.
