Not possible to add multiple tags in zanshin

Description

We can only move tasks between different tags. We probably need both the "Add to tag" and "Move to tag", as well as "Remove from tag" actions.

The open question where we what to present the differnet actions:

drag&drop from inbox to first tag: add tag
drag&drop from first tag to second tag: add tag or is move that what the user expect?
drag&drop from tag to inbox: delete all tags from task or only current one?

current behaviour:

drag&drop from first tag to second tag: move
drag&drop from tag to inbox: delete all tags/contexts etc.
