Hi,

When we are doing reply all from mobile active sync, actual chain body is missing.

Please suggest..

Can you elaborate further on what you mean by chain body?

Do you mean the body of the email itself?

I tested email forwarding from ActiveSync (iOS) and the email forwards perfectly, and can be seen in my sent folder. What client are you using?

lets suppose, when i do reply all to the users and do mail to the users they are receiving mail but, the previous chain mail is not showing.

Sounds to me like a client issue. We would need more info, including debug logs from syncroton.
