We are a hammer factory in Jiangsu, China. It is about one hour from Shanghai. It has been founded for over 20 years.
Our products mainly include hammers, axes, mauls and some picks.
We mainly export our products to Europe, North America, South America, Australia, South Korea and South Africa. Our products meet GS standard, ASME standard, BS standard and NF ISO15601 standard, and are mainly for professional markets and industry.
We are establishing our own brand “MORITA”. ODM and OEM are welcome.
We have won good reputation from our custmers by offering qualified products, reasonable prices and credibility.
Our factory has complete processing requipments including drilling machine, milling machine, lathe, polishing machine, painting,sandblasting machine, pad printing machine, hot stamping machine, lasering machine and so on.
Heat treatment machine is the most important in producing hammer and axe. We have the inspecting requirement to ensure the products quality, such as pulling apart machine, bending machine an hardness machine.

We have our own injection room. It makes the fiberglass handle and rubber grip for the hammer and axe.

We assemble the hammer axe head and the shaft by press machine so tie can ensure the head and the shaft is strong, more than BS standard.

For our products, some get BS reports including wood handle hammer and axe, fiberglass handle hammer an axe, tubular shaft hammer an axe. Part of products get TUV/GS certificate.camping nail remover tool manufacturers
