How to reproduce:
Click on "Write e-mail" --> e-mail edotir opens

Problem:
While wirting an e-mail the contactlist is shown in the left column --> Participants thing they have options managing the contacts from there as well but you have to click on the "contact" symbol in the column even more left to do so

Possible Solution:

• add a function to get to the contactmanagment-menu in the e-mail editor aswell
• make it more obvious that the left "contact" column in the e-mail editor is just to add a contact as the recipient p.ex. by not showing the contcts in an extra column on the left but closer to the "recipients"line
