[mobile] (bug) file to import contacts cannot be selected

Description

How to reproduce:
go to contacts and open menu to select button "import". Try to import contacts

Actual Outcome:
Empty page is displayed (see screenshot) and notification asks to select a file to import contacts. No file can be selected.

Expected Outcome:
when trying to import contacts there should be a way to select a file on the phone to import contacts or files should be displayed on the page, which is opening.

On my phone, this problem does not occur (Samsung, Android) - seems to be a problem of iOS.
