Description

I just noticed that it is not possible to use two adddressbooks with name "Contacts" and "CONTACTS". While the folder is created, subscribed and annotated properly, any use of "CONTACTS" addressbook will result in Error 700 "Addressbook source not found".

This issue is a bug in Roundcube sql cache, so is reproducible with $config['imap_cache'] = 'db' and of course only when using MySQL engine. No issue if it's set to memcache, redis or disabled.

The same applies to kolab_folders table (column 'resource').
