The 'Save' button state should be inactive until anything in document changed. Then after using 'Save' it should become inactive again.

Also, there's an issue related to this. Because there's no changes tracking mechanizm, when user clicks 'Terminate' button he always sees an "unsaved changes" warning, even if there are no unsaved changes.
