T1133: Implement canonification within Kolab WAP and pykolab without depending on Cyrus
Summary

new option unique_uid_across_domains to enforce and enable unique UIDs across domains. useful for authentication with the UID instead of the email address. WAP Login has been adjusted to first find the domain of the UID, and then authenticating inside that domain.
