Make compression to the server optional in app.config

Description

Currently when the client turns it on, so does Guam in kolab_guam_session:process_client_data .. this should be suppressed with appropriate config.

It seems that in IMAP over SSL (port 993, implicit SSL), a client enabling compression makes the connection get stuck. Enabling compression over IMAP (port 143, STARTTLS) seems to work fine.

Additional insights on whether this and the topic at hand are related would be appreciated.
