Fix regressions related to app.with_imap setting

• Even when app.with_imap=false we use IMAP_READY status
• isReady in processInfo renamed to isDone, as it was interfering with the object's isReady flag.
• TODO: We should make tests work with all combinations of app.with_ldap and app.with_imap or replicate the tests for every combination (where it makes most sense).
