Show all events we are organizer from in the normal calendar.

If we delegate for someone elses calendar (delegator) and create a event
with us as organizer and the delegatee as attendee. The current
behaviour was, that the event is only visible in the open invitation
calendar and not anymore in the organizer's calendar.
