The foldername parsing assumes that the foldername is the last string of
the line, which does not hold true with e.g. LIST-EXTENDED support.
This patch uses a tokenizer for a more robust variant of extracting the
foldername, and additionally also deals with STATUS replies that have
been made possible by the LIST-STATUS extension.
