I would suggest that in the time frame the indication of "select time" is shown, and next to these fields, you still have the option of turning the "all day" button on. This way, it would be the same as creating an event in the weekly view, with the only difference being that the time frame can be selected without a default time given.

Why have the options of "before the event" at all? Wouldn´t it be a good alternative just to type in the time for the reminder as well? Keep it in the same format as the other settings as well?

I agree that it would interfere with the option to see availability. It wouldn´t make sense to be able to have multiple addresses in a row, after entering them.

I would suggest there to be no default at all. Maybe something like "--" to indicate that the time frame has to be selected.

On Windows 10, Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 , it automatically scrolls down the whole window, opposed to only the time-frame-window itself.

Do you mean that the first two hours that are suggested are in quarter hours and the following in full hours? That wouldn`t bother me as much as the suggestions themselves, since as you said, they don´t make sense at all.

The Icons of who the people are and more than the options "Booked" and "Free" are unnecessary and lead more to confusion rather than a needed bonus.

An Idea would be that the function could be accessable over the 3 dots-options button. This wouldn´t lead to more clutter and the option would be easier to find.

In order to find the option, testers tried clicking on the calendar, a right click, or they tried the 3 dots-options button on the top. To be able to use the option, you are required to double click.

I didn´t really understand, why the option is available, because it doesn´t do anything really. If there would be a way to see the higher prioritized events more dominantly, that would be a possible solution.

I guess you could see it as a cancellation? Kind of like an event, that everyone has to confirm or cancel?

i`d put it next to it. So you can add a calendar immediately but have the other functions summarized under the three dots.

I would suggest the idea that Michael had: if there aren`t any other participants added to the event, this slot dissapears. It is only available when others are added.

I would maybe just change it a little. The three dots are usually used on smartphones, so it is known that there are more functions available. But there could be a + button for adding another calendar?

I agree, i thought of it as an overview, for people who like to plan ahead or like to check when they will be the busiest during the year.

I think it would overlap with the function to drag and drop the event in general. It could be confusing to have both functions so close together?

I personally don`t mind having to check which date i create the event for. It´s just like the button is for creating an event in general. But i wouldn´t really mind either way.
