I've got an Outlook 2016 installed on Windows 10. It connects to a new kolab installation with activesync, but updates are only pushed through a manual trigger.
My installation:
OS:
[root@mail ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core)
Kolab:
[root@mail ~]# rpm -qa | grep ^kolab kolab-webadmin-3.2.11-2.3.el7.kolab_16.noarch kolab-conf-16.0.1-9.3.el7.kolab_16.x86_64 kolab-imap-16.0.1-9.3.el7.kolab_16.x86_64 kolab-autoconf-0.2-1.1.el7.kolab_16.noarch kolab-cli-0.8.7-2.4.el7.kolab_16.noarch kolab-mta-16.0.1-9.3.el7.kolab_16.x86_64 kolab-syncroton-2.3.7-1.6.el7.kolab_16.noarch kolab-utils-3.1.4-3.7.el7.kolab_16.x86_64 kolab-saslauthd-0.8.7-2.4.el7.kolab_16.noarch kolab-ldap-16.0.1-9.3.el7.kolab_16.x86_64 kolab-webclient-16.0.1-9.3.el7.kolab_16.x86_64 kolab-freebusy-1.1.0-1.11.el7.kolab_16.noarch kolab-16.0.1-9.3.el7.kolab_16.x86_64 kolab-server-0.8.7-2.4.el7.kolab_16.noarch kolab-schema-3.3-1.8.el7.kolab_16.noarch
This should not be an Outlook problem, because there are other registered activesync accounts. They are working without any problems.
Now I checked synroton logs, but no errors occured. Can you take a look on it? If you need further informations, tell me what to do.
Thank you very much,
Ludwig
