Description

I mistakenly assumed all dates are in "number of seconds since 1601-01-01" format. This is not true. Most are already unix timestamps. We should make sure the correct base date is used.

It looks that Mapistore converts dates to unix timestamps. I sent a mail to confirm, so we're sure how to procede.
