1. User creates a new appointment
2. User set start time to 12:55 and end time to 13:55

3. User click on save button

Start and end time was not saved.

If User select start and end time from the dropdown list and click on the save button, time is saved correctly.
If User tries to modify an exisiting appointment, and set the start time to 13:55, the save button is not active.
