Summary

Also at serverside a tag object can be updated, witch would trigger a
new remoteId. Normally we wanna see these changes in kontact too. Only
if we have made own changes, than we really need a merge. But this
should be handelt at the sending side and with a dirty flag for the
tag object. Not at the retrieving side like it is now implemented.
